The pitch
You'll own the marketing automation backbone and build new acquisition levers that don't exist yet.
On the ops side, you run HubSpot, lead scoring, nurturing, tracking, and attribution, you're the reason gets the right leads at the right time. On the build side, you invent what comes next: AI-powered tools, marketplace experiments, outbound enrichment systems, Free-to-Paid activation flows. You see a gap, you build the fix.
But this isn't a pure tech role. You care about building the right tool, crafting the right experience, and carrying our DNA: empowering nonprofits to focus on what matters most.
And there's more: AssoConnect is preparing its international expansion. You'll help build the ops and automation foundation that scales beyond France.
We're building a team where AI isn't a buzzword, it's how we work. Whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or your own secret weapon, we expect you to already use AI tools daily to move faster, think bigger, and ship more. If that sounds like your natural way of working, you'll feel right at home.
Responsibilities
Marketing Ops & CRM
Own the HubSpot marketing stack: lead scoring, workflows, automations, reporting
Build and operate the nurturing engine: lead routing, lifecycle stages, and sequences crafted for the right audience with the right message
Ensure reliable end-to-end tracking and attribution from lead source to customer
New Acquisition Levers
Build and ship new acquisition experiments: AI-powered tools, marketplace, satelite website, programmatic approaches
Define the positioning, messaging and go-to-market for each new lever, not just the technical setup
Move fast from idea to MVP using low-code, no-code, and AI
Outbound & Nurturing
Contribute to outbound acquisition: contact enrichment, scraping, auto-BDR workflows
Build and optimize nurturing flows to improve lead-to-trial and Free-to-Paid conversion, with content tailored to each segment
Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in marketing ops, RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation, in SaaS or tech

Experience with tracking and attribution: UTM management, Google Analytics or similar, funnel analysis
Strong analytical skills: you track funnel performance end-to-end and spot bottlenecks through data

You build and ship things, not just design processes
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish or Italian is a plus
